The equipment is mainly composed of frame, conveyor chain, V-shaped support chain plate, drive sprocket and so on. Drop the assassinated and cleaned pig carcasses from the track of the conveying line, lie on your back on the V-shaped chain support plate, and the V-shaped frame of the conveying chain is driven by the driving sprocket to run at a constant speed. The operators standing on both sides complete the pre-peeling work of each part of the pig carcass according to the requirements of manual peeling, and then transfer it to the peeling mouth position of the peeling machine drum for the next process.
